Oregon will get greener with $6.5 million in stimulus funds

As reported in a recent Daily Journal of Commerce article (among other publications), Oregon's Department of Energy recently listed the recipients of stimulus funds totaling $6.5 million for "green" work. The money will go toward increasing energy efficiency and water conservation in local government facilities around the state. In all, 21 counties will receive funds.

The amount of each award varied, as did the location and nature of the projects. See the above link to the article for more details!
