Numbers in the News This Week!

This week our Around the State Business News announcements include a bunch of numbers, either in terms of employment, square footage, investment dollars, or the business names themselves!
  • IBEX Global, a call center in Bend, plans to add 450 employees by the end of summer. The Bulletin, 5/21/2014
  • First Call Resolution call center in Coos Bay will expand its location and plans to add 100 workers. The World, 5/19/2014
  • Marathon Coach Inc., a luxury motor coach maker in Coburg, plans to add 25 employees by mid-September. The Register-Guard, 5/15/2014
  • Betaseed, a sugar beet processor in Tangent, will begin the third stage of a four-stage, $40 million expansion. A 43,000-square-foot facility will be added and some new technicians may be added once its complete. Albany Democrat-Herald, 4/21/2014
  • Lil' Pantry Market & Deli, featuring 12 gas pumps and a car wash, opened in Roseburg. It employs 16 people. The News-Review, 5/19/2014
  • Fitness 1440 will open in Forest Grove next month. The Oregonian, 5/16/2014
  • 3 Ten on Water, a restaurant, will open at the Silverton Inn & Suites in Silverton. It will employ 12 to 14 full-time and 12 part-time workers. Appeal Tribune, 5/9/2014
  • 100 Mile Bakery opened in Springfield. It uses ingredients sourced within 100 miles. The Register-Guard, 5/7/2014
