ValPak Expansion and Renewable Energy Grants Across Oregon


A press release from KPTV has announced that Valpak, a company that produces print and digital coupons, will be expanding to Benton, Linn, Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. You can find more details in the press release.

In other news, more than a dozen Oregon small businesses will receive federal funding for renewable energy projects, according to The Oregonian. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Energy for America Program has awarded 17 grants worth nearly $250,000. Projects being funded include solar power upgrades, biomass system installations, and energy efficiency improvements. The full article provides a list of recipients.
