• Oregon's 9.4 percent unemployment rate in June ranked 15th highest nationwide.

• In June, the number of unemployed Oregonians dropped by 16,629 (-7.8%) from the previous year.

• Oregon's government employment dropped 2.7 percent over the year, ranking 31st among the states.
