- Otto, a restaurant offering affordable, upscale fare with a focus on local ingredients, opened in southeast Portland. Neighborhood Notes, 6/7/2011

If you'd like to wash the food down with a local or imported brew:
- McMinnville-based Golden Valley Restaurant & Brewery plans to expand to Beaverton, opening a new restaurant that would employ 75 to 100 people. News-Register, 6/1/2011
