May 2014 County Unemployment Rates: Benton Lowest at 5.3 Percent

Benton County had Oregon's lowest unemployment rate at 5.3 percent, while Harney County had the highest at 11.1 percent.  The statewide rate for May was 6.9 percent, which was higher than the nation's 6.3 percent.
