This Week's Business Announcements in Oregon: Education, Fitness, and Cake!

Here's what's been in the headlines over the past week:

Openings and a relocation:
  • Mohr Solutions, a power and telecommunications integration company, will relocate from the Willamette Valley to Sisters. It will start with eight employees, expanding to 14 by year's end, and 48 by the end of 2015. The Nugget Newspaper, 3/25/2014

Closings:
  • Quizno's and Hot Dog on a Stick in downtown Portland closed. The Oregonian, 3/17/2014
  • KeyBank in Hubbard will close in June. Its three employees will be transferred to other branches. Woodburn Independent, 3/19/2014
  • Roller Odyssey in Medford will close in April. KTVL, 3/24/2014
