Openings and expansions:

• Cycle Dog opened a store and production facility in northwest Portland. It offers dog collars, toys, and bowls made from recycled bicycle inner tubes. The Oregonian, 3/2/2014

• La Provence Boulangerie & Patisserie will open at Progress Ridge TownSquare in Beaverton in May. It will feature a bistro, bakery, chocolate factory, and a mimosa bar. The Oregonian, 3/4/2014
