Stepping into Spring Around the State

This week's Around the State put me in the mood to plant the flower beds behind my place. Spring has sprung in our business announcements!

Ashland-based Valley View Nursery reopened in Medford. It will hire three employees and bring three from Ashland. White's Country Farm will occupy 1,000 square feet of the 5,000-square-foot nursery building, and will be known as Farmer's Market on 62. Mail Tribune, 4/26/2011

Palmer Creek Nursery opened in Dayton. News-Register, 4/13/2011

4B Nursery and 4B Floral have opened in Burns. The nursery sells flowers, trees, shrubs, vegetables, and houseplants. The adjacent floral shop offers bouquets and arrangements. Burns Times-Herald, 4/20/2011
