Highlights from December's unemployment rates (URs):
- Crook County had the highest rate (18.0% unadjusted)
- Benton County had the lowest rate (6.8%)
- In 13 counties, the UR dropped from December 2009 to December 2010; Morrow County's rate dropped the most (by 1.2 percentage points, from 10.1% to 8.9%)
- In 17 counties the UR increased; Grant County's rate increased the most (by 1.7 percentage points, from 14.6% to 16.3%)
- In 6 counties the UR was essentially unchanged
