Finishing Touch Quilt Studio opened in Pendleton. East Oregonian, 9-4-10

Trask River High School opened in Tillamook to serve youth offenders from two Oregon Youth Authority facilities. Construction of the $1.25-million school created 31 jobs. Daily Astorian, 9-16-10

Ponderosa Chiropractic opened in Sisters. The Nugget, 9-21-10

Oregon Beach Rides, a horse riding business in Pacific City, is expanding its operation to include Nehalem Bay State Park. It employs five guides. Headlight Herald, 9-8-10
