"Minority Farmers Hard to Find"

According to a news release yesterday by Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB), minority-owned farms account for about three percent of all Oregon farms. The number of Latino-owned farms dropped from 1,600 in 2008 to 1,300 in 2009.
