County (un)Employment in Oregon

April's county-level data is now available for Oregon!

The latest figures show that April's seasonally adjusted unemployment rates ranged from 19.9 percent in Crook County to 8.9 percent in Benton County. Most areas expereienced a slight increase in their unemployment rate from March to April. One county saw no change and five counties experienced a decline in their unemployment rate.

Most counties (except Sherman and Wheeler) also have lower total employment than in April 2008.
